"The front desk responded immediately when AC was hardly working. The maintenance people did what they can and even sent a fan as I requested. Chongquing has high temperature and guests look forward to resting in a cool place. I never experienced being so uncomfortable because AC is not working as it should."

Finding the hotel can be difficult if not given previous instructions on how to get there, as it’s part of a larger collection of hotels in one building with designated elevators, but staff were helpful enough to provide that beforehand.
