"The amenities were top-tier;nthe room was super comfortobale; the staff were exceedingly helpful (I'm so sorry guys, I lost the card with your names on it; they were the four employees working on the morning of Wednesday, Nivember 4th); and the location could not be more ideal."

"Great staff and amenities"

"Great location. Very well kept and friendly staff. Nice views from the rooftop pool."

"Shops and some sightseeing sights within walking distance. Friendly staff! Dislike- lobby is not located in 1st floor."

"Loved the stay at this hotel, my room was very clean and the house keeper Furong did a great job cleaning after my stay each day there, would definitely stay here again in the future"

"The location was excellent and we liked that there were laundry facilities. The breakfast is traditional chinese, so if you like a more western style breakfast this hotel might not be for you."

"Todo increíble!"

"I would suggest staying here for the excellent service. The staff is really nice and are always there to help. The location is always great. It is right across from the Raffles mall with many stores and entertainment. The train station is also directly in front of the property."

"Close to everywhere. 24 hr gym and washer/dryer are really bonuses."

"This is an excellent hotel in a fantastic location with great access to local transport and tourist sites. The hotel itself is located on floors 26-28 of the Pride of Times building; views from the rooms are incredible, and the hotel's lobby balcony provides a pleasant area to look out over the lights of modern Chongqing in the evening. This is also an option for the Saturday drone shows. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. They provided recommendations for local food, as...

"Five- star 👏👏👏 rooms clean, very futuristic. Highly recommended. Front desk is the best."

"Great location, but I would not recommend this hotel. The elevators are slow and one was broken. The room only has power while your keycard is in the slot, so everything shuts off when you leave. That was infuriating and exhausting. I'm a paying guest, and I didn't opt into saving a few cents of electricity. The room itself was filthy. The floors were exceptionally dirty and the sheets had a blood stain on them. Shower towels were left by the bathtub, so I kept forgetting them and had to walk...

"Friendly and helpful staff , room is clean, nice location close to everything you need but you just need to get ready to walk"

"Very great room. Beautiful view. Very close to subway and food. Can't get any better"
