"very small and strange washroom. The air conditioning unit stopped working properly overnight, and around 6 AM it started heating instead of cooling, boosting the temperature to 26 deg. C. I called front desk and a sleepy old lady showed up, looked at me in a strange manner, and turned off the AC, and then walked out of the room and shut the door without saying anything at all. Luckily for me the AC worked properly when I switched it back on, as I did not feel comfortable calling them again....
