"I have stayed numerous times and have liked the rooms. However this time the room was old unlike the ones I have stayed in the past. I requested a a walk in shower rather then a bathtub, but they claimed they were mot available. In sum, i would stay there again as I love the Sultan Restaurant behind the hotel."

"Upon checkin, hotel didnt found my booking and it take more than 2 hours to deal with expedia customer care. They even asked me cancel bookong when I need help (booking has been paid). Hotel staff keep asking for recepit when all settle (Already gave). Its really annoying. Expedia really should improve their service or else they ll lose more customer"

"at first the room was like smoking smell that I could not breathe. I complaint to the hotel staff. They cannot understand English but they phoned someone to communicate. However, they change the room for me and the room was clean, cheap, and safe. Overall, I was highly satisfy with the staff and the room. Also, it's very near to Zoo subway station exit C"
