"Full spread of buffet breakfast with varieties of local vegetable, season fruits and freshly ground coffee. Host is very nice and socialable. House is very clean and spacious. Bedrooms and shower are very clean and spacious. Outside ground is well maintenance. Had the opportunity to see sunrise from the balcony in the morning with lung full of fresh air. House is surrounded by rice field filled with water (winter time) that fills with sunlight in the morning"

"Room was as per pics. Quite good condition in the room, esp bathroom. Even has a tub! However breakfast was cold and very limited. We stayed 3D2N and arrived late for check in, so reception was extremely rude to our driver and brisk with us. Breakfast staff was trying but the food really was cold and looked miserable. There was a children’s playroom and outdoor communal areas for hanging out so property was not bad. But surrounding areas were abandoned paddy fields if u want convenience stores....

"The house is dusty. The only upside is they have clean bed sheets. Both rooms needs detail clean because we could see dust everywhere. The bathrooms' showers had yellow build-ups and one of them even had trash from last guests.The kitchen and living are big but I wouldn't use them due to the room condition. They gave us breakfast vouchers to get breakfast at a local spot about 10 minutes walk. Overall we are disappointed for the cleanliness."
