"Stayed for 5 nights from end May to June 2024, had an extremely pleasant stay and hotel facilities and amenities are really great. We booked the elite room as a couple and all is well despite the slightly smaller room size. Cleanliness is good, only really slight wear and tear in the shower area flooring but is totally negligible. Oh, and we have only 1 slight grip is that there's no bidet for the toilet bowl, no other issues other than this! We would like to give a very special mention to the...

"Close to Taipei Main Station. Clean comfortable room, although hallway carpet and laundry in basement a little aged and shabby. Beautiful view of the city. The only real problem I had was the WiFi. It was truly terrible even for searching on google maps (which is a common activity when traveling). I had to buy more data on my eSIM to support myself. I can’t imagine trying to do any work on the WiFi. "

"The place may be a little small. However, the location is very central and convenient. The provided breakfast is unexpectedly outstanding. They even open the restaurant space the rest of the day for customers to use with their own food. The staff are very friendly, especially those taking care of the catering services, noticeably the team Kevin, Winnie and Vicky. We enjoyed our stay, though we struggled a little to get the chargers working on the room sockets. Overall, very good value."
