"We were given a 4 bedder instead of 2. And there is an attached hot spring bath. Whoa… it’s very relaxing to soak in the hot spring after a long day of traveling. The staff were super friendly n caring.. they help us to bring our luggage’s out during the earthquake on 3/4/2024.. very safe indeed as their emergency power cut in very fast. In the midst of chaotic, they didn’t forget to offer us another 2 bottles of mineral water during the check out. "

"This was a very nice property but I had thought it was going to be 5-stars (western standards). The staff was mixed. Nice front desk but less nice recreation area and hot spring front desk. I misread the French menu and didn’t see that they didn’t have a main course option which I could choose as a pescatarian, and they made a last minute substitution perfectly. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a restful getaway to opt for Volando. Our only suggestion is if there could be a gym added (but the surroundings are perfect for hiking)! "
