"Durch die Tatsache das das Hotel an ein Krankenhaus angeschlossen ist und viele Angehörige aber auch Patienten im Hotel übernachten ist in diesem Haus keine klassische Hotelstimmung sondern eher eine sehr ruhige Pflegeheimstimmung. Das fand ich sehr bedrückend. Vor allem beim Frühstück. Ein ganz klein wenig Musik würde die Situation etwas angenehmer machen."

"Adequate facilities. Close enough to city centre."

"I would definitely highly recommend this place. It was excellent."

"Exceptional service from all of the staff. Our stay was wonderful. Thank you"

"Location was great to the port to board Havila's coastal cruise. Stayed there the night before and the night after our journey. The windows in the rooms we were in could open a little for fresh air. There were no controls to change the room temp otherwise. We heard no noise during the night."

"Service in the restaurant was horrible. It felt like we were bothering the waiter when we ordered food."

"Twin room was spacious, as well as the bathroom. Difficult to control heat in the room though. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast included. Convenient location. Only stayed for 2 nights and it provided what I needed."

"Central location ten minute walk from all major attractions in Bergen. Hotel is the center of many events. There was a Christmas event the night we arrived. We had a safe of great Norwegian, hot chocolate with cream. The breakfast is unbelievable. Everything you can think of at a superb quality level. I haven’t seen a breakfast like that one in a long time. Highly recommend the hotel."

"Very nice room and excellent breakfast with wide choice"

"Great location and breakfast, friendly and helpful staff."
