"We sat in the lobby for 10 minutes waiting to check-in. I had to search for someone/anyone that could find a front desk employee. “Quiet hours” were anything but quiet. It began on the morning of our second day. At 8:00 a.m. is sounded as though someone was sliding furniture across the floor, followed by LOUD banging of doors and stomping up and down stairs. However, the hvac fan ran all night & sounded like a loud jet engine & the thermostat was very difficult to understand. The display timed out very quickly so if you didn’t know what to do, you had to start over. This was a big miss I think, and the only directions in the book were “call the front desk” :("
