"Property is beautiful. They advertised for 2 straight days that a breakfast service existed. It didn’t due to poor mgmt and lack of laborers"

"Overall had a great stay. The breakfast layout and pool area are lovely and well thought out. The office staff and shop also very nice. We easily rented bikes one day right from the hotel and had a fun time biking to the beach and around. The Asian restaurant and stores next to the hotel were super helpful for some late dinners and buying a few things we didn’t know we needed. Being our first trip to Key West there were many fun surprises and quirks of the island. The only truly unpleasant one...

"We really enjoyed the breakfast."

"We stayed Oct 16, 2026 and the lady behind the check area was the best employee I have ever encountered. I regret not getting her name. We had a special situation and she helped us out tremendously and wanted to give her a shoutout. Please go back and review who worked that afternoon at 3:30 pm and let me know her name."

"Great location across from the lake so we could walk every place we wanted to visit. Right on the lakeshore path and near wonderful restaurants"

"Clean room, helpful, nice staff."

"This was a last minute get out of Chicago trip to Lake Geneva. Lots of great history and character. Never seen more people stop to take pictures of a hotel. There are only 6 rooms here so it is quite unique. It is truly like stepping back into history. The speakeasy bar is a fun experience. Hotel is walking distance from everything downtown. The property manager Cortney was welcoming and very helpful and lives on-site so very responsive. This is not a modern antiseptically clean, charmless...

"Really wonderful room suite! Kitchen, bath, sleeping area and sitting area were beautifully modern style. Fireplace was great on a damp rainy night. Walking distance to shopping and other food/drink establishments. Friendly reception staff."
