"We stayed here for a weekend for a cheer competition. It was a short drive to the convention center. Which was handy. The hot water is amazing in this place. It was clean, beds were extremely comfy. I was nervous about the neighborhood at first but it was just fine. I would come back if I go to Tampa again. It was easy to check in and out. Had kitchen supplies as well."

"Cracks and bowing ceiling, shower handle fell off as there was no set screw, floor is abysmal, house needs major attention/remodeling. Patio area is nice pool/hottub, however the interior of the house needs repair if you want to take pride in your investment. "

"The small studio-like apartment was extremely neat and comfortable. It is a nice getaway definitely for 2 or possibly 3 people. Driving through the area looked a little apprehensive. However, the actual location of the home appeared to be safe. My only complaint was with trying to get the shower at a hot temperature. It took some adjusting to get the water where I wanted it. The host were extremely accommodating. Thanks… I’m looking forward to my next visit"
