"We stayed here because we were attending a game at Benchmark arena. Excellent choice for that reason alone because its walking distance. The rooms were spacious, clean, and bedding super comfortable. The pool was invigorating. The property is very well maintained. The breakfast was perfect. The staff, especially the manager Grant were very welcoming and concerned about guests experience. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel to others and will be visiting it again soon."

"El parqueo se paga por separado, tomando en cuenta que en Tampa hay muchos hoteles donde el estacionamiento es gratis."

"All the staff was wonderful. Miguel was exceptional in telling us about the free trolley. He even took us to the trolley stop and told some of the city’s history."

"Great location, steps to the Riverwalk. Best pool area for tanning. No tall buildings blocking the sun."

"Great place to stay"

"The carpet was damp. There was some smell in the room. There were construction work on going. Not a pleasant experience"

"Front desk staff were very helpful."

"The stag was the highlight of the property!!! Everything else was mediocre. Theres no sound proofing in the rooms so you can hear a pen drop in the hallway and a sneeze from someone outside on the street. Such a loud hotel! The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The room was so basic it felt like an upscale prison ... not cozy at all. The iron leaked water all over my clothes. The tv has no app options and only basic channels. The hotel is not Marriott standards. I would not stay again."

"Stayed here multiple times; alway friendly staff and clean rooms."
