"Excellent and friendly service from start to finish. We were given an upgraded room and had an amazing view from our very comfortable suite. Excellent water pressure in the showers. Comfy beds. We enjoyed the breakfast, again with great service. Wonderful location, for both the views, and for getting picked up for tours. Highly recommend. "

"A beautiful hotel in a convenient part of Melbourne for tourists.We had a lovely River room. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. We took the breakfast option, which was worth it if you were intending to eat well. Great spot for a visit to the art gallery."
