"Got my room for a great price. A little dated but everything worked. The staff were great. I got a late check out at 1pm for 10 dollars. That is unheard but absolutely fantastic!!!"

"Very noisy...was on 7th floor & eyeplugs supplied didn't help the noise from nightclub at all.."

"It was lovely! If you are staying longer plan some entertainment to connect to tv!"

"The room I was given was on the ground floor because I can’t climb stairs and they have no elevator. The room when I walked in looked like a hospital room at an asylum. It was so oppressive and filthy. The bathroom had mould everywhere and the walls were so dirty. "Excellent location."

"Every thing was very good. Staff member was excellent"

"I suppose you pay for what you get. The location was amazing, in the middle of Melbourne and convenient to everything. The staff were very helpful. Sheets and towels were clean. The building, reception, entrance and room very old and tired. Bathroom was clean and bed comfortable. But. Room service was suppose to be every 3 days - we were there 8 days and had no room service at all. The hotel its self is nice and staff are nice at reception. We spent most of our time out of the room because it was small and really wasn’t anything “deluxe” - there was also no outside seating - the balcony was locked and...
