"Staff members were friendly and helpful."

"Great location. And walking distance to the airport"

"Great location we walked everywhere, the place was comfortable but not sound proofed so you hear the doors opening and shutting all the time. "Way over rated"

"Lovely stay. Clean and neat. Right across the road from DFO. Easy to get around from there."

"I chose Aura after having stayed in many of the lower cost apartments in Melbourne. There are no surprises (like aircon not working) whenever I've stayed elsewhere there's always something not working, or broken in the room. It's exactly as it appears in pics. Staff are professional, friendly and welcoming. The rooms are a great size and contain everything you need even for an extended stay. Clean comfortable and with views to die for."

"Convenient in Carlton, great customer service"
