He was fluent in English and was always helpful and happy to help and translate. We spoke with him for almost anything we needed during our stay. The breakfast is worth the extra money to get. "This hotel is impeccably clean. I was there for a conference and did not visit the pool, but the rooms and common areas were upscale and spotless. The service was outstanding. I would stay for a leisure trip if given the opportunity. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety with good quality. The tables in the dining area were kept clean, even during busy times. "

From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming and accommodating. When our son was injured at the pool, they went above and beyond to ensure he received the care he needed. They arranged a driver and had a hotel manager accompany us to the emergency room. Another manager met us there and stayed the entire time, helping with translation and making sure our son received the best possible care.
On the way back to the hotel, many roads were closed due to the holiday, but the manager with us worked with the authorities to get us back quickly and safely. Their support during such a stressful time meant the world to us—it was far beyond what we ever expected. We’re incredibly grateful and will never forget their kindness."
