"Everything was very good, we’re upgraded to 33/F with a king bed. A nice and clean and comfortable hotel we ever had. Even conditioner was quiet and good. Bath room and hot water were all comfortable!"

"The staff was friendly. We found the ground floor concierge to be very helpful and friendly so stars for that. If you're looking to stay in Wan Chai, this is a good location close to many local dining spots. Negatives are the room layout and the lack of sound proofing. We found the toilet to be too small and the entire restroom area uncomfortable to navigate. Combine this with the hotel's attempt to keep the room open concept and poor sound-proofing made it uncomfortable. As you walk through the halls, you can clearly hear water being flushed through the walls. We had a solid experience but will probably stay elsewhere next time. "
