"Quiet and professional"

"A modern hotel located just steps from the Bell Tower in Xi'an and the Muslim Quarter. There are metro stations very close by. The rooms are decent and very well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet, served from 6:30 AM, is delicious and diverse. It is a popular choice for both locals and international travelers. Xi'an exceeded my expectations; it is a city that is both historical and modern at the same time. I suggest visiting the Terracotta Warriors without a tour, dedicating a good portion of...

"Gut gelegen und nur ca. 5 Min. von der Stadtmauer entfernt hat sich der Aufenthalt im Hilton definitiv gelohnt."

"Great location with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive, and they resolved any issues quickly. The hotel also offers a good variety of quality food options. The facilities are clean, and our room had a wonderful view of the city. There are a few areas that could be improved. The property is somewhat dated, so more frequent inspections and proactive maintenance would help identify and resolve issues before guests encounter them....

"Staff was great. The value received was excellent. The rooms were clean, and everything worked perfectly. The shower flooring was marble, but the grooved finish made it non-slip and comfortable. The heated toilet seat was a bit warm for my taste. My only issue was related to a few finishing and technical points. The room was recently renovated, so the shower door did not sit perfectly. The hotel offered to fix it, but it wasn’t a pressing issue, so we let it go. During the renovation, two...

"Pretty central but quiet. Good amenities. Has a little bit better food choices at breakfast."

"The room and overall hotel was clean, they were not clear on the laundry service and we were charged a ridiculous amount for our laundry to be serviced. We simply asked for a gist of how long it would take in a certain time. And no communication was returned until our bill was expected. Almost $300."

"Breakfast very good Nice staffing Very clean room"

"Mitt imellan Xian North tågstation och Xian centrum. Perfekt läge med bra frukost till ett rimligt pris."

"Estuvo excelente todo"

"The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The room is clean."

"The staff was over the top with helping me, especially Eva at the desk and Warren at the door. I hadn’t set up any local trips before I arrived but they took care of taxis and getting me an outstanding English guide (“Wang”) at the Terra Cotta Warriors excavation site. Unfortunately the laundry prices were a little high. I had a full load, 9 tee shirts for instance, with the associated clothing, not much else that cost over $100 to get done. The pool and restaurant are in another building,...

"Short & sweet: One of the best hotels in which I have ever stayed. The location is great, the amenities are top notch, the staff is helpful and affable. All-around classy joint."

"Staff are super nice"

"The location is very convenient, with easy access to the city's main attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and came with complimentary bottled water. Most importantly, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. One of the front desk staff members, whose last name is Zhao, provided excellent recommendations for transportation and must-see attractions. His helpful advice saved me a lot of time and made my trip much more enjoyable."

"Good location ,nice hotel and comfy bed."

"Hotel bello, pulito, stanza ampia colazione perfetta fatta all istante, forse un po lontano dalla metro ma con didi o taxi a poco prezzo giri la città, straconsigliato"
