"great place to stay, 5min walk away from the ximen mrt and a convenience store 1min away. also a rather good breakfast place a few seconds away. hotel itself was nice looking, quite spacious for the triple single bed. the amenities were self service, take as u need, which was nice. the 2nd level social floor was great as well; provided a space for us to takeaway our food and to have food there. had many options of food & drinks to choice from to consume.the gesture of the jigsaw card was cute. "It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Hotel provide snacks and drinks for guest 24 hrs and a comfy area for u to relax while waiting to check in. Staff are very friendly and approachable and always ready to assist u when in need. Room is comfortable with the good air conditioning and excellent TV entertainment. Keep it up and I will definitely stay here again when...

"Our second time staying here but this round in triple room- it will be good if the room is a little bigger. All staff are friendly including the cleaning ladies. Snack is nice too."

"Room was well equipped. Stay in the new tower it’s great. Reception area and breakfast room is old. Breakfast is very Asian - cold uncovered foods and not much selection. Also they begin cleaning up the food 15minutes before end time and will kick you out abruptly at end time on the dot. Check in staff was friendly and helpful. "
