"Das Hotel hat nicht die versprochene Ausstattung. Der Fitnessraum war z.B. überhaupt nicht vorhanden, eine Minibar wurde nach labgen Diskussionen aus einem anderen Zimmer harangeschafft und die klimaanlage funktionierte überhaupt nicht, was bei Temperaturen von 30 Grad sehr unangenehm war. Die Zimmer sind sehr schlecht von außen gedämmt, so dass die äußere Geräuschkulisse in Zimmerlautstärke 24 Stunden ertragen werden musste. Das Personal hat sehr geringe bis überhaupt keine...
