"Awful hotel. There was a reception desk but we did not see any staff the whole time we stayed. The front door was left open the whole time with no staff there and our room was right at the front. "The hotel was lovely, very modern. Close to the beach, local restaurants and shops. The staff were so friendly that after moving to a different hotel in Ksamil that we had pre booked - on our way back (having checked out 4 days prior but sarenda is closer to the port and we had quite a few hours to kill) they let us store our suitcases there for no extra cost even helped us load them in and out the taxi. Cannot fault this hotel at all they could maybe use a pool but theyâre so close to the sea...

"Excellent hotel right in the center of Ksamil. Two swimming pools, one is up on the roof with great views of the islands. An easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Very highly recommended "

"Me and my partner had a lovely stay at the hotel. The apartment room we had was absolutely massive with a huge balcony connecting the dining space and bedroom area. Both rooms had smart new LG Tvs in them compatible with apps like Netflix and Disney plus and the hotel in general was very new and clean.
As mentioned in the previous comments the utensils in the kitchen area were a bit sparse and could have included a few more items.
The hotel is located a short walk away from the main strip into Sarande beach with lots of food and grocery shop options close by. I would like to highlight that the accommodation is at the top of a big flight of steps from the main strip and this could be tiring to walk up and down multiple times a day.
Overall though I had a lovely stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend especially for the price. "
"Quite nice luxury hotel with excellent amenities and the staff being extremely welcoming/ helpful with all inputs. The only downside is the main boulevard is a 40 walk unless you rent a scooter or pay for taxi which is ridiculously priced all over sarande and only via cash. Rooms were very neat and prices were reasonable for the hotel as well so highly recommend it given there are so many dining options and a scooter rental next door. "
"I stayed at San Angelo Hotel with my friend Daniella and we had such a fantastic experience. From the start, the staff were so accommodating and always ready to help with anything we needed. Obed and Samuel looked after us brilliantly at mealtimes, and Joseph was especially kind and accommodating to Daniella, he really looked out for her and made sure she was comfortable throughout our stay. Helen and Caroline on reception were so friendly and gave us excellent recommendations, while Sule and Victoria kept our room spotless and always greeted us warmly.
What really touched us was the free lift to the SarandĂ« bus station at the end of our stay, such a thoughtful gesture that shows how much they care about their guests. SarandĂ« itself is absolutely beautiful, and this hotel made our time there even more special. We truly felt at home, and Iâd highly recommend San Angelo Hotel to anyone visiting."
