Albi was great he was there for breakfast everyday and if we needed something he got it done. Being here during off season was probably not the best as a lot of things were closed and this is the time they do maintenance and upgrades so our last breakfast was in a bit of a construction zone. Bed was very comfortable and had a great view off the balcony. The room was on the smaller side but sufficient for our three night stay. Shower pressure was great!

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Julia Hotel. It is in a great/central location bit also a few minute walk to the main strip of bars and restaurants which can get noisy. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and our room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed having breakfasts and drinks on the rooftop. It had some of the best views of the town and sunsets. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back one day!

Great little hotel, lovely pool ,staff friendly. Great location, breakfast was ok. Definitely stay here again, so much to do, surrounded by restraunts and bars.

Lovely little hotel and very close to the marina/port (walkable). Breakfast was a let down and the pool was very small but the staff were lovely and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are also quite spacious (there were three of us). Would definitely recommend!

Great hotel run well, and great value for money

Great stay in a family run establishment. Friendly and must have been recently refurbished throughout - we could still smell the fresh paint and everything was spotless. Good location one block back from the seafront but on a steep hill for those challenged by that. Great room overlooking the pool and the bay beyond that. Room spacious with fridge and nice en-suite. Breakfast was plentiful and traditional in style. We would and already have recommended this to friends and we have only been back a couple of days.

Perfect overnight stay

We only needed a 12-hour stay, and Julia Hotel was a perfect choice. It was clean and well-located in relation to the port. The breakfast was quite good; the view from the restaurant was fabulous! The pool looked lovely, although we did not have an opportunity to use it.

We stayed 5 nights at Julia hotel and have spend a wonderful time The hotel is very well located, close to Saranda marina with a lot of options for restaurants, boat tours, taxi tours.... Room was perfectly clean and fully equipped and had an amazing view on the sea. Rooftop for great breakfast even more stunning!!! Home away from home

This is a wonderful family hotel just a few minutes’ walk from the promenade and city center. Despite its central location, it remains peaceful and secluded—a perfect retreat. The service is exceptional; we were warmly welcomed and genuinely felt like part of their family. Visiting during the low season was a bonus, as they kindly upgraded us to a suite. The suite, located on the fourth floor, offers breathtaking views of both the sea and the mountains. If you book a double room with the same view, you’ll also enjoy stunning sunsets. While the suite was comfortable, we do wish the linens were newer and of better quality. The two brothers mainly manage the reception, and their hospitality is matched by their mother’s delicious, home-cooked breakfasts (buffet style in summer season). Each morning, we felt energized and ready to explore after enjoying her hearty meals. On our last day, their “baba” father—even offered us a complimentary ride to the bus station for our journey back to Tirana. Do not think twice to book this family run hotel.

We loved it here! Fantastic location - within walking distance of all of the bars and restaurants along the promenade, 15a20 min walk to the port of Saranda. Rooms cleaned regularly, pool is nice (cosy and friendly but they still serve cocktails and play music), fantastic aircom and good quality beds to have a good nights sleep, Friendly staff who are willing to help. Breakfast is lovely (self service) and is served on the rooftop (hard boiled, scrambled and fried eggs, good selection of both sweet and savoury pastries, fruits, bread, toaster, different spreads like soft cheese and chocolate hazelnut and jam, cereals, yoghurt, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers etc.) Definitely worth a visit!! For food around town, I highly recommend Madfish (very flavoursome pastas, seafood and salads etc) and the Garden Tacerna (food is incredible but service is generally quite slow around Saranda so go an extra 30 minutes early so that you are prepared to wait. Rei cocktail bar was lovely and stunning views from the rooftop, also recommend Rox bar - very attentive service! Thanks so much to the Julia Hotel for an amazing stay - we are sure to come back and to recommend to friends.
