"I do did not realize there was absolutely zero food options for this place. Although they did offer breakfast, it was white bread processed meat and processed cheese. Not in a convenient location, but the hotel is nice no food and no walking options are the biggest drawback here."

This place is a hidden gem. I booked three rooms: one regular room with 2 queens, one room with private pool, and one with a private hot tub. That were all fantastic, the staff were so cheerful and helpful, and the property is intimate and breathtakingly beautiful.

Staying at this place was amazing. Its location right next to the jungle really gave it an authentic jungle feel. The building's design and amenities were great. Yes, we did miss the air conditioning a little, but they really made up for it with plenty of fans while still preserving the jungle atmosphere.
The combination of the friendly and helpful staff, the location, and the unique jungle experience made it well worth the stay. We would definitely come back if we get the chance.

This is one of the most relaxing, beautiful, peaceful trips I’ve ever been on. This property is so gorgeous - the smells, the sounds, the food - everything was so amazing. I cannot wait to come back!! Everyone there was so helpful and kind, they are able to get a taxi quickly for you and more. Tulum changed me, and I have Una Vida to thank for that. This place was amazing. A little paradise in the middle of the jungle. Rooms are very big and comfortable. There 2 pools and lots of things to do. Including temezcal, sound healing, yoga etc. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help. There is laundry service available and they will always be happy to call you a cab. There is a WhatsApp number you can always reach them at and ask any questions you might have. Maria the massage therapist is amazing. Will definitely be back. Thank you
