"The entire property is in disrepair. Warped ceiling tiles and filthy floor in lobby. Parking spaces not plowed and looked like they hadn’t been for several snow storms. Walkways also not shoveled. Trash cans overflowing indoors and outside main entrance. 1st room assigned to us had rips in the carpet, mold on the tile and sink caulk. Toilet did not flush. Smoke detector was missing from the ceiling. Beds are not actually queen sized. Musty cigarette smell throughout. Key card envelope was all bent up and had obviously been re-used several times. I have never seen this! When I requested a refund, the nice young man called the manager who told him that refunds were not allowed after check in. However, you don’t see the condition of room until after check in! I requested to speak to the manager personally and he said she did not answer the phone when he called her back even though he stepped out of the room for a long time and I could hear him talking with someone. He did provide a different, slightly better room. But the beds were still small, many light bulbs were not working, and there were broken tiles in the bathroom. The overall condition of the hotel made me question the cleanliness of everything so we did not eat breakfast there. We chose this hotel based on proximity to a venue. But truly wish we would have chosen from the much nicer hotels for a similar price 10 minutes away. "

"Our host, Laura York, made our stay very enjoyable, and any little problem that came up, she took care of very quickly. We had convenient, laundry, facilities, and our location easily took us to everything we needed, including places to eat, and places to shop. The accommodations were very comfortable and warm, and we had adequate extra provisions, like complementary toiletries, and laundry soaps to get us going on our nearly monthlong stay. That was really appreciated, and I’m sure anyone that stays here will enjoy whatever time they spend."

"Best Vrbo property our family has stayed at so far, very clean, great amenities, good location, and comfortable. If you are visiting the base or the National Airforce museum great place to stay, good for a family of 5 with teens all the way to babies, they even had a high chair and playpin for a baby. Only improvement would be to fix the tub stopper so my wife could take a bath, A this how all Vrbo should be."

"A nice, cozy apartment in the middle of all our activities. Host provided some snacks and coffee, which we enjoyed. His was very receptive to questions and concerns. I would only suggest stocking the kitchen a little bit more. Otherwise, perfect stay for us."

"The one bedroom apartment was perfect for my long stay. It had all of the basic kitchen items I needed. Plus, it was 5 minutes from my worksite. The host communication was timely and always responsive. We were very comfortable in the space. "

"I can not give a experience for the Mellow Mimosa Misson, Condo because we could not stay at the condo. When we got the instruction on access to the place, we learned that it was on the third floor and had no elevator and had to walk up and down 2 flights of steps. Since we are elderly we could not do this. We had to stay at a hotel in Fairborn. We were disappointed that the listing for the place did not include the place was on the third floor with no elevator. We informed the host that we had to cancel and since it was the day before the day of stay would not meet the requirements of cancelation."
