"Although our room was very small, it worked for us for the 8 nights of our stay. We are grateful to the staff who immediately took care of the few requests we made ( wash cloths, ice, and extra towels). Since the room was so small we would have benefitted from having 1-2 hooks to hang towels and a soap dish in the shower. We also let them know the shower clogged after 1-2 minutes in the shower."

"We stayed here last night and will definitely return to this Best Western. Ian at the reception is extremely customer focused and made us feel very welcome. We had a lovely room and when we asked for ice we were given it straight away. The location is excellent for both getting to and from Wembley stadium and into the city. It’s one stop on the Lioness line to Euston. There are many bars, cafes and restaurants on the nearby High Street. Thank you Ian for making our stay so comfortable....

"I had a quick overnight stay at this property where I checked in at 8pm and out at 8.30am the following day. The room was small, which was expected, but spotlessly clean and fresh. The shower was good and the air conditioning effective. I was disturbed on a number of occasions during the night with people talking and doors closing, but that's possibly because I was located so close to reception. I'd consider staying again if the price was right, but ask to be located further away from reception."

"We recently stayed at this hotel. The location of the hotel is great if you want to be near restaurants and shops. When we stayed there London was experiencing a heatwave in the 89's and 90's. Shortly after checking in we realized there was no air conditioning in the room. There is air conditioning in the lobby. The room had two small table fans and the window only opened an inch or two. With no air circulation and air conditioning the room felt like a sauna. The room was unbearably hot. We...
