"Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Lots of parking and staff was very friendly. "

"Everything about the room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was good with made to order omelets. We utilized the hot tub and it was warm but not hot. There were a few flecks of fluff floating in it. Still felt good. Did not use the pool as during our stay there was a baseball tournament also there and the boys were generally well managed and supervised but there were upward of 16 of them in the pool throwing a football and jumping in from the sides. Oh well. Everything else was good. "

"Clean room and nic supper and breakfast but 4 items to be noted:- 1) Internet was very intermittent and I get going off line and having to sign in again. Other customers made the same complaint as I did to the front desk. They finally stopped saying it was my laptop and said they'd look into it 2) The Regatta restaurant did not have a Wine and Cocktail list with prices which is unacceptable. No list at all. 3) The electronic key to our room did not work on a number of occasions. 4) We tried to set the room temp at 68F as instructed but it always went back to 70F Please forward me the responses from the Hotel - specially re the Internet that needs serious fixing. "I stay in a lot of hotels about 30 days a year if not more. This place is very clean and convenient. My only issue was the view from our room was terrible. A roof with ac equipment and vents .. followed by a building."

"Location is OK. Room is small and not well maintained. Too many broken furnitures in the room. It's nor worth the stay."

"Excellent! The receptionist, if I recall correctly, Jacob, was very courteous. So was his manager. Another of the staff members was kind enough to lend my 13 year old son a soccer ball as he and one of his teammates was playing in the pool. It’s obvious customer service is a paramount factor with the entire management and staff. 5 Stars all around and my whole hearted recommendations. Robert."

"Everything seemed fairly clean for the most part. The beds were really uncomfortable and the bathroom had a lot of rust on every metal surface."
