"Straight Forward and close to the zoo with free parking right in front of the house; Great hot shower. Clean Basement apartment. Beware of centipedes and other creepy crawlies. Fridge freezes everything, so consider buying ice for drinks and non-perishable stuff to eat. Kitchenette has cooking appliances and dishes, but no sink so you have to use the bathroom sink and trash can to dispose of food waste and wash dishes."

"Will never use VRBO to book a stay again! We had a two night stay scheduled at this property that was a terrible experience. We booked this stay three months in advance. The host claims they cancelled last minute due to a gas smell in the apartment. This was a complete lie. Because what truly happened was he double booked our stay with another family and we didn’t find out until we tried to check in and someone else was already staying there! I contacted the host and he claimed we couldn’t stay...

"keys not available upon check-in; communication with host convoluted with management company being itself managed by warehoused -- spend literally hours on phone getting info on checking in and then getting keys for apt when i arrived. place clean but sterile and pictures were deceptive -- the space felt cramped with one of the rooms just an empty room. "Sketchy bait and switch. The photos posted online and listed amenities really attracted us to this particular rental... My wife and I were travelling 6 hours to spend a few days on a mini vacation. After being on the road for 5 hours, the host sent a message saying they made a mistake and we were "upgraded" to a different rental that apparently had the same amenities. We were given no choice... no options. Just "oh rental A that you booked is not available so go to rental B." I never agreed...
