"Awful experience. The owner didn't reply to any communication before the actual check-in time, and therefore I had to just go straight to my event. It was after 10:30 pm when I needed to access my rental. The parking was NOT a dedicated lot but on-street parking, so I had to walk around a very long block in the dark. And then the access code (finally) provided to me was actually calling the apartment to unlock the door!!! That's not an access code! I was standing outside the building alone, in...
