"So alot , When we first arrived the fridge didn't work so we got moved to a new room. That night the toilet stopped working we had told housekeeping they said they would take care of it and when we got back 9 hrs later it still wasnt working so we had to go to the desk and ask for a plunger. The water / pool was really nice , however the fishtank outback looks like its never been serviced and the fish were starving to death. ( Litteraly tried eating our fingers.) The algie was so bad it was green and the water running down definitely didnt arrerate that small little section these poor fish were in. Pool area, was very nice and pleasant pool was warmer then any ive been in which was nice. However the lights and heat for hottub dont get turned until asked to do so even at 9pm at night when completely dark. The sign on doir says open till 11pm but they ask you to leave at 10pm. The exhaust fans looked like they were going to fall off the ceiling into the pool. Room : Room was nice and accommodating however there was alot of work that needed to be done. The bathroom door swings open to the toilet ( no space to squeeze in if your bigger set. ) the door hinges were coming off, i believe there was no airration in the bathroom what so ever and the vent they have went to the next room so you could hear everything the room next to you said if you were using the bathroom. The door that lead to the pool has a room key scanner that didnt like to work. Staff didnt know why. "

"So it took us an embarrassing amount of time to figure out where check in was. Hint, it’ll feel like you’re in the wrong place but you’re not. The staff at check in was helpful and efficient. I was taken aback at how beautiful the building and the views were. I imagine in its early days it was even more incredible. Vintage, high end ski lodge vibes. With the map we were provided at checkin we found our lodge/room relatively easily. I was disappointed our room didn’t have its own balcony, but it was rather a balcony for that floor/side. Some of the balconies had rotted wood, so that was a little unnerving. Our room was in the Blue Spruce Lodge, 2nd floor. The stairway and hallways were beautiful and unique- full of character and charm. We checked out the bar with live music in the evening. It was mostly middle age guys there on golf trips. Not exactly a happening nightlife scene but it made a beautiful spot to see the sunset across the hilly landscape. Our room was clean and comfortable. The lodge close to town. While it did have some quirks and could stand some updates, overall we really enjoyed our stay there. I prefer to stay somewhere with character, rather than a cookie cutter hotel. "

"Overall enjoyed our stay. Booked one two queen bed room for three people for five nights. Room was a good size and comfortable, though the water pressure in the shower was pretty bad even by hotel standards. Staff was overall helpful. Our party was all under 21, and I booked this hotel because the listing on the hotels.com said the check in age was 18. However, the person checking us in told us that the rule was 21, but she would “make an exception” for us. I appreciate the exception if she really did have to make one, but would like to see the listing corrected if the accurate check in age is 21, as this could have severely derailed our plans if we couldn’t check in. On the day before we left, we asked the hotel to hold our bags the next day after checkout because our flight wasn’t until the evening, but we didn’t have a vehicle to store them in or anywhere else to put them. The staff member very kindly agreed to let us store them in the office and gave us an extra hour that day before checkout. The next morning, a different person was at the desk, and gave us a little attitude about the request and said they had nowhere to store the bags. She eventually agreed to let us leave them in the lobby for the three hours, though wasn’t very polite about it. The hotel room itself was clean and stocked with toiletries. We did not go in the pool/hottub as it appeared green and sometimes had foam that didn’t resemble normal hottub foam, though other patrons did use it. "
