A great location to all golf courses and other destinations at very reasonable rates. A long walk from downtown but also an easy drive, just minutes. It was a very clean motel with a pretty good hot breakfast.

We have been traveling a little bit over the past year. And this was by far the most comfortable hotel we have ever stayed at. EVERYTHING worked as it should. Staff was amazingly nice. Would definitely go back if in the area.

All the staff was friendly. Especially Shelly in the breakfast area! Very nice and helpful...knows the area extremely well. The room was clean and we'll stocked with supplies. Pool are and hot tub were very nice. Clean. We will always stay here! Location was perfect! Close to downtown Gaylord, easy drive to Different lakes for kayaking and parks for exploring. Right off 75.

Check in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and updated. I was impressed that a Best Western would have granite countertops in the bathroom. The shower had great water pressure. I just wish that the shower curtain was wider to cover the entire width of the space. We did not use any other amenities like the pool.

The customer service was so great! The lady who works the front desk overnight was so sweet and such a great help! I forgot to get her name, but she was there overnight every day we were there, and she was amazing! The lady that worked in the breakfast area was also so great! My youngest son is a bit picky sometimes, but she went out of her way to make sure he had exactly what he wanted. It was incredibly thoughtful. The rooms were clean. There were a few things I thought were a little outdated, but who cares. They were clean, and the customer service was top notch! The pool was a little "ehhh"... The area where the pool is at could use a little remodeling to make it a little more welcoming. It was a bit gloomy in that area. But all in all, it was a great stay, and we'd 100% come back!
