"The property is fabulous! Easy access on arrival day, spotless and at a fabulous spot for ski in/ski out. Those who didn't ski could put chairs out the back door directly on the ski slope and watch the group using the Disciples 8 chairlift. Kids could check in with parents, grab a bite or a water and head right back out. The house slept all 18 of us in beds - and, all beds were SUPER comfortable. Great sound insulation between floors allowed 3 groups to do what they wished without affecting...

"We loved our time at Pam and Dave’s Boathouse. This truly is a hidden gem and was the key to our relaxing and fun week in Northern Michigan. The space was perfect for our family of three, including a pack and play, booster seat and blackout shades in the bedrooms to make traveling with an infant easy. The boathouse is steps away from the lake, which made for a relaxing and fun-filled week. We so enjoyed our time here!"

"It was small, but clean. Not too far from Petoskey and beautiful parks with hiking. Shower was very small, but has the handheld showerhead on a hose, which makes it easier to rinse off."

"I needed some peace and quiet to relax. I am so glad that I chose the "Treehouse". The price was affordable, property clean, and the location was within an hour or less of the surrounding areas my sis-in-law and I wanted to visit. We loved passing through the tree lined driveway to find the Treehouse, nestled around the woods. The view of Autumn's vibrant colors from the deck were amazing. The open floor plan welcomes you into a cozy setting. There were stuffed wildlife around the house....

"What a gem! Thoughtful, stylish and comfortable. The location was in the heart of downtown yet still felt very private. We loved opening the windows and listening to hum of people below. The layout was ideal. There are a lot of entry steps, but we didn't mind as they were wide and there is a railing. We loved how the floorplan flowed with a front and back area. Our girls took the back bedrooms and tended to hang out there and the kitchen area. This gave us a quiet area in the front room....

"The apartment is very cute and clean. The amount of space was perfect for our family. And the location was excellent, about 2 minutes from the Click Rd soccer complex. Jeff and Shawn were always available also. We had a great stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay here; would definitely book again. There is a 22 step stairway to reach the apartment. No problem for us but could be for others. It was too cold to use the rooftop deck but it looked so inviting!"

"We very much enjoyed the place, the upscale and amenities. We felt very much at home. The check-in process was very easy and we made use of the patio. The place is a short walk to the sunset pier and a little bit further into town (we ended up driving as parking was ample). The one thing we would have wished was a little less road noise / traffic in front of the place which started early in the morning and late into the evening."

"For the price, this is overall a good place to stay. Great location. small, but good for 2 people. A few issues we had: Pet friendliness: we loved that they allowed us to have our dog. However, there are multiple d-Con rat traps on the floor. Was not happy finding one of these in my dogs mouth the first 15 minutes we arrived. Cleanliness: freezer was pretty dirty when we arrived. "Had a great stay at this property! I didn’t rent a car and everything was in walking distance. Note to other guests: there are NOT ubers here, but they do have a couple taxi services. You just need to call and request a pickup, but it might a bit of a wait. Great restaurants a short walk away. Comfy bed and very well stocked with nice snacks and had everything you’d need to cook if you wanted to!"
