"Not up to standard for the price. No staff, except one person who grudgingly brought toilet paper awhile after I texted since there was none in the room. He didn’t say hello or anything pleasant, just provided one roll and said there was already some in the cupboard. Obviously I had already checked that before texting and there was not. I said nothing but was very put off and this set a negative, unwelcoming tone for our stay. Some of the dishes were visibly dirty, so we had to wash...

"Location is spectacular with villas perched above the sea on steep cliffs. Food at the restaurant was excellent."

"Room was nice and clean. The bed felt like it was sloped down towards the headboard. Not level. Also the pillows were small. Even with extra pillows it wasn't comfortable. Check in was ok. The check in and checkout lady which was the same person didn't seem really friendly."

"Stayed for 2 nights , never seen or had a cleaner come to our room ."

"The hotel was clean and well located, but my stay was extremely disappointing. Despite requesting a quiet room, I was placed on a floor where a volleyball team was constantly running and screaming. Despite multiple complaints to staff, no action was taken. I paid around $240 per night, yet management’s delayed response was to offer one complimentary meal of $40 only for a family of five. Very poor service and an overall terrible experience."

"Awesome hotel overall and very good pricing."

"Room we stayed had some dirty linens, however they were very helpful and changed sheets for us. overall good stay"

"Great stay"

"Was in St. Johns for a conference and stayed at the Hilton at was the most reasonable in price and good location."

"The room was very nice and the staff were super helpful. Our only complaint was the bathroom was not very clean. There was toothpaste on countertop, the mirror and shower wasn't clean."

"Parking was great, the rooms were spacious, we had a bit of a problem with the bed but the manager sorted it out very quickly and the staff were very courteous and efficient. The bistro had great food and great service. Breakfast came with the room and was very very good. Will definitely stay again."

"Wonderful secret place to stay. Can't ne afraid of stairs. Some rooms have a shared bathroom, but, there are onsuite options. Love this place."
