"On arrival the host was very friendly and full of good local knowledge, she changed our room so we could be on the ground floor as my wife has a bad knee, extra cost £75 for both nights. Bed was tired in my opinion, I was very surprised that the towels were not changed or bed linen done. Breakfast was very good and a good choice, parking on site."

The house is perfectly located close to the Badderley Clock Tower bus stop, and perfectly situated between Bowness and Windermere. Breakfast is not to be missed!
