"Reception staff including one excellent trainee helped us upgrade to accommodate our 16 year old grandson who was now travelling with us. We were very grateful as it was graduation week and all rooms were taken. "

"I checked in on an incredibly hot day when the air conditioning wasn't working as it should. The lady at reception moved my room without being asked to make sure the room I was checked into had air con. When I got to my room, it had clearly been prepared with the heat in mind - the curtains were closed against the direct sunlight and a fan was running - the room was lovely and cool, a nice reprieve from the heat outside. Staff are polite and incredibly helpful. "
