"Quiet, and comfortable."

"Overall, the property is in rather good condition, however, Saturday afternoon, around 4pm, the elevator suddenly quit working and guests were not notified, nor were any signs placed on or near the elevator. This made it rather difficult as Saturday night we had to carry two heavy wedding gifts down three flights of stairs and the next morning we had to carry all of our luggage, including a larger cooler, down the same amount of stairs."

"The house was perfect for our needs. The playroom off the kitchen was much needed for the 3 yr old. We needed kitchen towels, paper towels and hand soap and they were promptly delivered after reaching out to the manager. Could have used an extra roll or 2 of toilet paper, made it it thru! ; ) Only suggestion would be to check your household supplies right when you check in to ensure you have what you need."

"We had a great stay at this property! It was very clean and exactly as described. The location was perfect for our event near the NOW Arena, and it was only about a 40-minute drive to MDW without traffic. The house is in a safe, clean, and nice neighborhood with the added convenience of parking in both the garage and driveway.The home was well-equipped with everything we needed—cooking essentials, a gas stove that made cooking easy, washer/dryer, plenty of linens, and comfortable living spaces. With 4 beds, 2.5 bathrooms, a game room full of activities, and a backyard with a lovely covered area, it was perfect for relaxing and entertaining.The host was extremely responsive, which made the experience even smoother. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay again!"

"The house is really beautiful and spacious, the host left us treats the kids enjoyed. The backyard was amazing, online says it has a pool but that was taken down but that didn’t matter there were swings and toys for the kids to enjoy. It was so easy to communicate with the host and she was fast to respond. I will definitely be coming back. "

"This was one of the most thoughtful and accommodating homes we have ever stayed in. It was very clean and well appointed. We only needed to get food for our stay and did not have to purchase any other household goods! I would hands down stay in this home again. Very well done"
