"Had the perfect stay. Two families with adult children. Good location for the parks, golf and restaurants . Also perfect for those that just wanted to laze by the pool and enjoy the views of the nature reserve. Cinema room well used. Everybody was well catered for."

"We had our family vacation at this property and it did not disappoint. There was something for all ages, and enough space and privacy for the baby to nap, the big kids really liked the lazy river and water slides, and I enjoyed the big kitchen, reading my book poolside and never having to hear I’m bored. ;) It was a short 20 minute drive to Disney Springs, and very close to the other parks and restaurants. You really can’t beat the location for a Disney trip."

"We loved the property overall! The themed rooms were perfect for our Disney loving family! There was plenty of space for all 8 of us as well. The good: close to the Bronson club house; plenty of room in the house, very clean!!! There was a baby gate for the stairs, but only one- so watch littles. We did have to buy a pack n play for our 1 year old, but the Harry Potter room had the perfect beds for our 2 year old! It wasn’t five minutes from the parks, but it was still very close and avoided...

"All the pool amenities and activities were great. The resort staff was great and stuck to the rules. I would say they could lighten up on the required tubes in the river and no jumping in the big pool. Place is for families and my kids got disappointed when they were asked to not jump in the pool at all, not even just a cannon ball. Im 41 and was told i needed a tube in the 3' lazy river. I was just walking around the river with my little kids"

"Overall stay was good, except there were few things missing in the kitchen, bowls for example. Pool wasnt clean when we arrived only 2 days later. I disliked the fact that i had to reach out to manager everytime we wanted to use spa outside. I give this property 4 stars, its nice for the family and pool is a decent size. Location is really nice too."

"Overall my family had a great time! There are somethings that need to be fixed around the property but they did not hinder our stay and we would stay again. The Hottub only worked 1 day out of the 4 that I paid extra for which was a let down and I would want proof that it has been fixed prior to staying again. I also think that the pool and hottub should be turned on prior to arrival not the day of because it does take awhile to heat up. Other than this one compliant we had a great time because...

"It was literally perfect for our family and honestly was much bigger than we expected! All of the details are included, pool, pool, toys, boardgames, extra blankets, you name it ;-) We actually had to add an additional day, and the host was super accommodating!!!"
