"Great staff and clean property "

"The property was very clean and well kept. I liked that it was very conveniently located to the parks so taking an uber was very inexpensive. Although they offer shuttles to and from the parks, the times are limited. The food is pricey in the hotel but everywhere you go near Disney, it is very pricey. I took advantage of using the spa and that was wonderful. Prices are typical. I would definately go back to this resort. "

"Enjoyed the pool facilities, inclusive of the lazy River, water slides and lounge area. Our unit had all the basic amenities, and additional items were available. I wish I would have known about the grocery package we could have pre purchased 👌. A nice welcome/information package was provided, which I found a really nice touch. "Best place to stay in the Orlando area! Mr. Palmer's place is a living museum that showcases his persona and how great of a man he truly was. Everyone there takes great pride at doing their job and seem genuinely happy and blessed to be there. Golfing there is the Florida standard for me and getting to stay and play at Bay Hill is a privilege that I do not take for granted. Hat's off to everyone at Bay Hill for continuing to keep the legend alive. "

"What an amazing resort! So many pools and amenities! We had so much fun exploring the pools, slides, hot tubs, ice cream shop, etc. So close to Disney as well! A wonderful place to stay altogether!"

"The resort was wonderful, great pools, responsive staff, wonderful rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you need. Only drawback is as a timeshare, you are pushed a bit to attend sales meetings for “free” incentives. Once I was very firm, they left us alone. Everything else was excellent!!!"
