"This hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Chesterfield near shops, the Market, restaurants and pubs. All members of staff are friendly, helpful and very pleasant. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We very much enjoyed the varied breakfast buffet with excellent coffee ‘on tap’ and dined in the simple but delicious in house restaurant nearly every night. They have a decent Happy Hour in their small bar too. We shall be returning to this hotel on our next visit to Chesterfield "

Food left on service counter and not bought out to tables. Breakfast was much more efficient. May have been a bad evening but no real apologies offered. Average budget stay hotel. "

After check and clarified she confirmed already received my payment. And I called to Hotel.com the staff request me to pay again for the hotel and refund my previous payment with Hotel.com due to some payment issue between Hotel.com and the Hotel. But is it the issue of customer why i have to do that. Also...
