"Very basic no frills hotel. No mini fridge, no ice bucket or ice machine, not one drawer to put clothes away, I towel and zero face towels/washcloths. No iron, no luggage rack. No phone, terrible internet unless you want to pay to upgrade. Mediocre and old TV that didn’t work half the time. No lobby, staff has a hard time understanding and speaking English. "Pésima atención del personal en el restaurante literal nos corrieron fue el gerente a decirnos que si nos podíamos ya retirar por que había mucha gente cuando no llevábamos ni media hora solo leí que mi esposo mientras desayunaba veía unos detalles en su computadora además de que no había café y se le avisaba a las señoritas que atendían y decían que si servía el chiste que de todos los comensales les que estábamos no pudimos tomar café.

"This lodging had very good beds, it was generally clean, and the basic necessities were all there. You could definitely hear people walking on the floor above, so not great sound insulation. The continental breakfast wasn't worth the price for us - the toaster didn't toast all that well, and the fresh fruit was quite limited. Overall, though, we had a safe clean place to sleep, which is what we most needed."
