"An aging property going under refurbishment. We stayed in a pet friendly large upgraded room, with a view of the front garden. The hotel is set back from the main road, so very peaceful. Within a 10 min walk of the city, so an excellent location. We thought the price per night on a BH weekend was competitive, which included a good breakfast and free parking, which many of the other hotels charge for, these days. Very welcoming and friendly staff."

The hotel has an indoor pool, spa, sauna, jacuzzi and a gym. The double room we got was spacious and we loved the toilet. And the staff was really helpful."
