"Stayed in room 101 10/10 would not recommend, on a weekend anyways, the bass from the bar rattled the windows until 2am and the door to the hallway was opened and closed loudly all night. My phone on full sound and the air conditioner on full blast did not drown out the noise"

"Rude staff and terrible check-in experience! Front desk staff KV and NITI refused to check us in upon arrival and was incredibly unprofessional, unhelpful and highly hostile. (KV and NITI started to he hostile when I asked for the their names and refused I was denied check-in, and the employee was not only unhelpful but highly hostile. The refusal to check us in, coupled with the lack of courtesy, was completely unacceptable Left us stranded with no help or empathy. Avoid this hotel if you expect polite service.""

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I had appointments at St Boniface hospital and it is walking distance to that. I was disappointed that there wasn't a microwave in the room. I had leftover from my lunch meal and I had to take it down to he front desk for them to heat. When I asked the girl why there wasn't a microwave she said that they offer 2 restaurants so she didn't see the need for microwaves. I'm not a fan of the rainhead shower which is what they have but that's just a personal preference. I would stay again only if I had early appointments at St. Boniface hospital."

"The house was clean and smelled fresh. We had plenty of space and the location was easy to get to and from in an Uber. We ran out of coffee pods (only decaf-oh the horror:)The door was really tricky as it didn't line in the lock very well but we were told the trick. We will definately stay here again-just hope the door could be fixed permanently!"
