Nice clean rooms and comfy beds. Front desk clerk didn’t tell us where the pool was or the hours. Also didn’t let us know best way to get to our room. Would have been helpful info since it was our first time at the property. But great stay otherwise

I was thoroughly satisfied with my room and the service I received. The staff was very friendly and accommodating; the rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. The only drawback was that the restaurant was only open until 2 pm. For anyone staying there who doesn't have a car, it posed a problem if you didn't want pub food from The Taveran.

We were very impressed by the spaciousness of the room and the cleanliness of all the amenities. We were traveling with our cat, and he had the best time relaxing in the room! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was awesome, the Tavern United attached to the hotel, had great food and service, the small slot casino was fun and the hot tub was pleasantly hot!!! The room was clean with a nice size TV.

The room we stayed in was pretty normal. Typical fridge, microwave and tv. It was very clean and reasonable size. The hotel had tons of parking, vlt/gaming room,restaurant and the United Taver n which is a super large sports bar and has great staff and excellent food. There is a beer store right next door, Cowboys bar and a pool complex.

Accessibility for people with mobility issues is terrible. There are no wheelchair accessible doors with the auto open buttons. The ramps are awkward and difficult to navigate. The beds are very uncomfortable. You can feel the coils/springs. Very uncomfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff at the front counter and in the restaurant we’re also excellent.
