"The views were amazing from our room. The room was clean with plenty of towels for our stay. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was a little weird. We went in letting them know we were there for the complimentary breakfast that the hotel provides and they charged us. I would have assumed they would have let us know what was part of it. I was pretty upset. We did not go back the next day because of that. "

"Not what I expected considering it had high 9 stars! Elevator, hall ways had a strange smell, pool and hot tub areas were dirty. The room its self was ok but the bathroom was not cleaned well. Breakfast was sub-par, eggs were mushy and fishy tasting needless to say didn't eat them. "
