I stayed here for 20 days and not once did they offer housekeeping or clean my room. I had to ask for towels and toilet paper frequently. They don't provide you any paper towels, sponges for the kitchen, you have to ask the front desk for every single kitchen utensil. "It was a blast for our family. The property was great with lots of things to do for the kids and adult. We enjoyed the pool table, table tennis, foos ball, and air hockey. Kids was playing all day. The pool is good too. Although not heated but it was fine since it was a hot day. The property is clean and loaded with stuff.
