This is our second time of staying here. Beautiful house in an amazing setting which has been meticulously designed and thought out. More comfortable than our actual home! Highly recommended.

The cottage is convenient, neat and clean. Every mod con (almost too modern for me!) but very nice. We had a lovely holiday there.

This is a comfortable and very well equipped cottage in a good location to explore the area. It is close to Rye, and a reasonable drive to both Battle and Dover. There is a very nice pub within walking distance, and St. Thomas's church is worth the visit. You should be aware that parking can be a challenge on the narrow road with other cars parked close by, and that both the bathroom and half bath are on the first floor.. Overall a pleasant stay.

Property is Grade A. Perfect location in charming town a few mins from Rye. Some minor points: no hand soap in one of the bathrooms, no extra loo paper, no toiletries such as shampoo which at a property of this standard we have become used to having provided.Otherwise property well stocked with other amenities and very comfortable. Owners very responsive and flexible.
