"Excellent hotel, good sleep, the room a little dusty but overall pleased & would stay again. Parking is convenient but £36 for 24hours, the price for 12 hours downwards lower but I don't remember the prices."

"Great stay near Richmond center and train station. Parking is tight but functional, costs £25 per day. Hotel is lovely and the staff were very welcoming and helpful! Recommended!"

"From the main reception, to the lift, to the room, all areas were filthy! The room floors were grimy, the windows and mirrors were filthy and we couldn't open the bathroom door fully as it was obstructed by the bath. The only saviour for our stay was that the bedding and towels looked nice and clean (we noted that they were done by an outside laundry business) It appeared that the room next door was being used by a prostitute, due to the amount of comings and goings and noise from the room! The stay wasn't made any more welcoming when the fire alarm went off and the, I am assuming the manager, told his staff to "get them out of room 207 for smoking or call the police". This was said in front of many hotel guests, not very professional or discreet. Had it not been the London Marathon we would have tried to get another hotel, but all were fully booked locally. I would NOT recommend this hotel"

"Close to Earl´s Court Underground station, quite central to get to other destinations and about 30 minutes with Underground to Heathrow. Perfect for a short stay"

"There was no pool. I thought i booked a room on the second floor...but my room was in the basement with some prison rooms. Tv was too small. Shower pressure was inadequate. Luckily i didnt stay too much. The room was adequate, simple and basic. "
