"Clean room and comfortable bed, very dark when shades drawn so that was a plus. Bath towels were 10/10. Property is a bit dated but overall served a great purpose, overnight in London for 14 Hours returning to USA makes this terminal 5 hotel a no brainer."

"The location and the rooms were great at the hotel. The biggest challenge was checking in, the queue was huge. I appreciate that there was a concert on at Hyde Park, but the hotel should have planned for that and had extra staff on hand at 3pm. The same could be said for room service in the evening."

"Loved the location, clean, but very very difficult to get anyone from guest services and house keeping. Concierge and the staff in the lobby helping with luggage are very good and helpful. The tub is deep and very difficult to step out of. Direction in how to use the shower should be included. We were in London in June 3926 during the heat wave, air conditioner temp set by hotel and guests are unable to change. They tell you they will bring you a fan or heater if you need it. No lotion provided. No refrigerator and for 3 days we had no ice delivery in spite of making multiple requests."
