"The hotel itself was very nice, clean , and the staff was very friendly. It was also in a good location to walk to the falls and nearby attractions. However I do dislike paying to park at the hotel. Overall, I would stay again if traveling to Niagara Falls. "

"NOTE - PARKING IS NOT FREE WITH ROOM. Property is located right by clifton hills, excellent location. Staff is kinda rude but room was nice and spacious. Breakfast is free but only for 2 people per room, even if you paid for 4 people per room, moreover breakfast is in their cafe which is very very full with limited staff. So you are lucky if you get breakfast."

"A great place to stay for children 10& younger! Waterpark was great, perfect size for my toddlers. Staff was excellent and very welcoming and helpful. You do have to pay for parking which is separate from your fees stay and deposit. Lived the bathtub and neighboring food places. Def would stay again ! "
