"We had such a great time at the Red Roof Inn! The staff was so friendly. The rooms were so clean and updated very nicely. Katie at the front desk made us feel welcome and she helped us with everything we needed. We would highly recommend. "

"Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights and when we arrived, it was closed down!!! No phone call or email or any notice whatsoever. Prepaid over $500 and have nothing to show for it. We had to book rooms down the street which more than doubled the cost of our trip. I can’t get a response from the hotel and hotels.com is supposed to be ‘looking into it’ but we’re a month past and still nothing! This is simply shameful!"
