"We loved our stay at The Cool House and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family vacation. The host was easily accessible and responsive. The house was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated, with an amazing view of the bay and a large deck that quickly became one of our favorite places to relax.The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, yet there were so many activities and things to do in the surrounding area.The kitchen was well-stocked, which made preparing meals easy and convenient. The game room in the basement was such a wonderful bonus and gave us another place to just hang out and have fun.Overall, this home had everything we could’ve hoped for and more. We will be back!"

"My family and I loved our stay at this charming house on the water. We were visiting family in town and this was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We especially loved the children’s books and toys that were available, we were traveling with my 16 month old. They had everything we needed in the kitchen, extra towels and blankets, etc. Our only complaint was that the mattresses weren’t comfortable. The primary bedroom can definitely fit a king size bed. Besides that, we were very happy and would definitely there again. Close and convenient to Center Moriches town (walk to Montauk Highway) and a close drive to Westhampton and the surrounding towns. Thank you!"

"Beautiful property, even better than the photos. So many amenities and activities at the house between the pool, hot tub, sauna and basketball hoop there’s something for everyone. Our group really loved staying here as the location is close to a variety of things to do on the island. Communication with the host was great, he responds very quickly. Cannot recommend it enough."

"Overall property was very nice! Was perfect for the weekend and the host was very quick to reply to any questions I had. Great experience. Lots of parking for multiple cars . The fire pit was a very nice bonus and the putting green was a big hit."
